Profile of Lecturer

Dr. Maramba-Untalan is a pediatrician who specializes in pediatric infectious diseases. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacology, and concurrently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Pediatrics at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine- Philippine General Hospital. She is presently completing her Masters in Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London by distance education. Her research interests include pharmacology of antimicrobials, sexually transmitted diseases, and meningitis. She has a three year old son, named Miguel who is her pride and joy.
