Profile of Lecturer

David Harvey qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1960 and did his paediatric training at Guy's, Great Ormond Street and the Hammersmith Hospital.
He spent short periods of training in France and Australia. Professor Harvey was appointed Consultant to Queen Charlotte's Maternity Hospital in 1970.
He is now Professor of Paediatrics and Neonatal Medicine in Imperial College on the Hammersmith Hospital Campus.
